5 days of paid sick time granted to them on hire and will also immediately begin accruing at the rate of 1 hour for every 30 hours worked up to a maximum bank of 96 hours (12 days) of paid sick time off, except if a higher accrual is required by individual sick leave jurisdictions.

1 sick day per month (12 sick days a year)

Unlimited PTO is provided. However, time off is subject to your particular area.

These days go into your flexible time off.

I feel that when I'm under the weather I have the right amount of support from the team to take the necessary time off to take care of myself.
