Reduced or Flexible Hours

I love that at H&R Block I still get home in time to be sure my other responsibilities can be taken care of. I can make my own schedule based on my needs so long as I do it in enough time that the office can be fully staffed (which is completely fair to both me and company). I am usually given plenty of notice if they need me to come in early or if they would like me to stay late. The best thing is that I'm always given the option whether to come in early or stay late. I never feel like they are ordering me and I am not made to feel guilty if I can't (although I always try my best to make any accommodations that I can).
