They have an ad that says you get 40 hrs a week, this is a lie, and if you did you would never get a bonus due to all the dead time so next year you will take a 20% pay cut. The flexible hours do not benefit the tax pro, since the office manager decides who works and when. One year I was only given 2hrs a week and I had to take them on a sunday during church hours when no clients came in.
