Once you are hired you enter your commitment (availability) your work schedule will be made based on your availability.

Really flexible with my schedule

They have an ad that says you get 40 hrs a week, this is a lie, and if you did you would never get a bonus due to all the dead time so next year you will take a 20% pay cut. The flexible hours do not benefit the tax pro, since the office manager decides who works and when. One year I was only given 2hrs a week and I had to take them on a sunday during church hours when no clients came in.
