Health benefits are great, but 401K match (4% max with 5% contribution) and tuition reimbursement (crazy long convoluted process with low actual contribution) is not competitive in US. All training and career development stays in India. Any other region is never priority.

Good company to work for with some great benefits, 401k matching upto 4.5% and very reasonable health plan.

they provide good health insurance, 401K match, paid vacation . They provide good package to the employee they hire in USA. They do not give good salary to the people they bring here from India

Good benefits. You need to be in the 401k program for 1 year before you get the employer match (at least at the time I was at HCL). Otherwise, comp plan is excellent and benefits are good.
