You accrue 10 Days (2 weeks) Vacation, as well as receive 2 Annual 'Floating' Holidays. Easy to use, excess can carry.

If you are at a certain level within the company, you have 'need based 'leave which is unlimited with approval. Otherwise, you get two weeks plus holidays. They should have some recognition of tenure for more paid time.

The benefits package was through a major Health Care Organization and the employee had a choice of 3 levels of plans (Gold, Silver and Bronze). Dental and Vision plans were also available.
