Most plans have a rather high deductible and a rather long list of things not covered. Additionally, the plan benefits decreased and the cost increased from 2015 to 2016. To keep cost to you in line you had to give up some of your benefits. If you wanted to keep the benefits the same, you had to pay higher premiums and higher deductibles.
