Decent health plan, but nothing extra special. Employee contribution increases every year.

There are many options available

cover all family and flexible for many options you can choose and add or change in middle of year

I'm happy with my options, although my premium costs did increase for 2017

Very expensive. I use my husband's insurance instead because of the cost.

Higher out of pocket expenses compared to bay area standards

Most plans have a rather high deductible and a rather long list of things not covered. Additionally, the plan benefits decreased and the cost increased from 2015 to 2016. To keep cost to you in line you had to give up some of your benefits. If you wanted to keep the benefits the same, you had to pay higher premiums and higher deductibles.

It's good, but not the best health care plan available.

I wish it had more.
