Discount was at 40% off last I remember. Which is great for the brand you are paying for. Hallmark also teams up with other companies that sell there products in our stores. It is all very nice.

The employee discount is great. Two on-site shops that are heavily discounted with all kinds of Hallmark product (including a surplus shop that is double-discounted), and a discount card that can be used at any Hallmark retail store.
