This plan might be good for senior management (6 figures) but the mach is pretty pathetic when you consider how much a typical employee makes. I had about 2.5k in this plan after 3 years of doing only the match, which is very little compared to the money I'm making now. It was a big disappointment after giving money out of ~150 paychecks.

The best thing about Harris Teeter's 401k plan is that they offer it to part-time employees as well.
