Very inexpensive and they pay a ton into the HSA so it is a better deal all the way around over a traditional insurance plan

I'm on the high deductible HSA plan. HSA match up to $200/month is excellent. Very generous and generally will end up covering 100% of the high deductible plan in a given year. Company pays 80% of the premiums which is also very generous. I've been very satisfied with this plan.

Coverage was through a decent Aetna commercial plan - one of the better ones which Aetna offers and Catalyst provides a decent portion of the premiums as well the opportunity to participate in a health savings account.

If you participate in the quarterly wellness challenges, then you can get your health insurance totally paid for by the company!

Awesome Health Insurance coverage options. Health Catalyst makes it very affordable and they are always willing to answer questions about the policies, if they come up.

High deductible policy is generous with a significant HSA contribution, but just requires more mental energy than some past plans that I've participated in (without any clear sense that that mental energy helps support better, more intelligent decisions about care). The high deductible plan is hard to navigate.

Offerings are competitive with other employees and as an additional incentive they financial match HSA contributions up to a certain amount, which is helpful.
