Overall I think they have good benifits when it comes to health insurance. Im not sure how much the employees would have to pay for deductibles or co pays because I have my own health insurance so I did not use Healthnet's insurance benefits.

Can not process PPO claims, horrible system that routinely denies coverage or incorrectly processes claims as "out of network" when patient went to contracted provider.

Premiums are very high comparative to other employers in the area. Coverage is good for HMO plan. Good choice of doctors/medical groups.
