they have a good online system to request pto

I had 2 weeks paid time off for the year to go on vacation. I had plenty of sick leave and flexibility.

Unable to accrue vacation time.

Best thing is you can request whatever days you want as long as theres availability. I usually let my PTO stack up and then rfequest days, but ive never had an issue getting the days I wanted off

You start with 3 wks vacation. Holiday Pay & sick paym

They are too strict on the attendance and tardy policies. Ive seen alot of good employees get fired for this when they are good hard working employees. The area is very high with traffic and there are alot of accidents and slow downs that management needs to take into account so they should be a little more fair when it comes to attendance and tardies. Also be fair with all employees not just your favorites because ive seen the "favorites" miss more work than others but they dont get fired.....

I have plenty of time accrued with little to no issues getting time approved

Company standard. Easy to use

PTO was good, however they force you to use it when they shut down for holidays.
