Great but wish match was higher

Worst is they dont even match at all and is optional.

Annual match only and requires completion of the year.

HealthStream does not contribute until after a year. Besides being minuscule, their contribution, therefore, does not benefit the employee as it’s being invested.

It’s great that they have a 401k, it’s absurd the routine match is only 1% and voted on every year instead of a reliable component of your salary. CEO talks about 401k like it’s a nice to have because he’s part of one of the richest families in TN.
