      Great teamwork, however, this one positive is undermined by no work/life balance, poor mgt and low pay.

      My team and the connections I've made, their support and strong team effort.

      Cons

      Had 3 managers in first year. Lack of communication and leadership. Pay is substantially lower than competition. No Work/Life balance - all work! HR was ineffective, and slow to respond to issues and questions. Management only sees dollar signs and are quick to make judgements regarding employee's work, have unreal expectations, show no compassion, and put people in boxes... giving no feeling of belonging. The workforce development platform is outdated and there is a lack of connection with sales and product teams to discuss what client's urgently need. HSTM cannot keep up.

      Remote first was the only pro

      This was the worst job I’ve ever had. I think the only reason people work here is because it’s remote first. To start, pay is laughably low, I left and got an instant 40% pay bump. Management is pretty useless, they just care about meaningless numbers your team has to meet and that’s about it. Benefits are below standard. Everyone is overworked but nobody really puts any effort in because of low pay and you aren’t rewarded for going above and beyond. No professional learning or development. They are serious penny pinchers about budgets. Also, customers hate the product so that isn’t very motivating. Stay away unless the only thing you care about is working remotely.
