Training has improved over time but employees are expected to have experience and be able to perform quickly.

Not good at training ata all

They have the usual vision, dental and medical. The price is about average and the coverage is ok. It could be better. They pay part of the primum for these plans (not sure how much, I think less than the employee contribution). That is where is ends. Yes they offer additional coverage, but it is all 100% out of the employee's pocket. If you want extra life insurance, long term disability, short term disability etc, you pay for it. They have a 401K, but there is no matching, at all. And the company they use is not great. There is really no benefit to using their 401k, you might as well have an IRA, you have way more control over your investments. you get 15 days a year PTO, that includes sick time and vacation. Only 6 paid holidays, so no MLK, no Black Friday or a bunch of others. You do get 2 floating holidays to use at your discretion, and one volunteer day. The pay is not the greatest. It is not a bad place to work though.

Job training was 3-5 days long, boring because I knew and watched a lot of similar training videos.

Help at home provides very little training most of which is done by prerecorded videos.

Each employee is required to participate in the company's in-services that are held once a quarter.
