With the Holidays and 2020 now behind us, we wanted to reminisce on an amazing story of community out of our Batesville, Mississippi office! Thank you to our wonderful staff in Batesville for making the holidays special for this family! From the Batesville office: "When we got a new client this month, we immediately gathered up the appropriate paperwork and supplies needed to get the services started. When we got to the home to drop off the paperwork/supplies, we were greeted by the client’s grandfather. He told us his story about how he ended up with all of the kids and how he was thrilled to have them living with him. He is the sole provider for 6 of his grandchildren- one of them being our new client. The kids range from ages 6 to 12. The grandfather expressed that they didn’t have a whole lot since it’s a new situation for them all, but that it was okay because he was just so happy to be able to provide a stable environment for them all. We immediately felt compelled to help this sweet family for Christmas. Donations poured in from the office staff and members of the community...Show more

Their 76,313-square-foot lease will occupy the entire fifth floor of the building, located at 1 S. State Street in Chicago's Loop. The Telos Group represented property owner 601W Cos. in the transaction. "Remaining close to home in the East Loop near transportation lines and finding an office property where all employees and company operations could be on one floor were critical elements of the search," said Metzl. "Sullivan Center's large floorplates will provide additional operational efficiencies for Help at Home, while maintaining the vintage charm of their previous space."...Show more
