Benefits were extremely competitve and used to include a Pension plan. Other companies have similar or better overall benefits. As Hertz continues efforts to increase revenue benefits are sometimes reduced or removed in efforts to retain work force. Being a large corporations, Hertz can elect which health conditions to expend coverage to. For example, no coverage to help quit smoking or anything to do with Nutrition and/or weight loss currently.

It can be a little pricey if you are covering multiple family members, but the price of dental, vision and life insurance makes up for that. You get to choose what is vest for you and your family's needs.
