Nothing bad, also offer a plan where your spouse can have additional health insurance coverage for free if they are on a plan elsewhere.

Best thing is $50 monthly for my HSA. Worst thing is the pricing is a little expensive (but is it ever really that good most places?). It is pretty standard stuff overall; not bad, not good. But I admit I am not an expert on what is considered great healthcare insurance.
