Blue Cross Blue Shield is all the standard coverage. But Whichever one is less common, doctors or pharmacists were constantly saying BCBS is great but unfortunately NO ONE will cover this specific treatment... Unless you had that "Specia"l BCBS plan... Had it every time :)

I think the costs paid for an individual employee are fair & there are several options to choose from. I don't have any bad experiences regarding the health insurance, and also nothing big to rave about. Just satisfied & no reason to say otherwise.
