Performance Bonus

there is a bonus for a spring time if you are working with openning the outdoor pools for a summer season

This was quite good, we had extra hour bonus after we worked for 40 hours in a week. After worked 40 hours in a week, every hour you work you’re gettin 16.5$ instead of 11$ for an hour.

There are rumors that General Manager of the division is having 10x more that supervisors if some Property sign a contract before end of September. Nevertheless, bonus is around $100 for a contract. Also, for sales of some additional equipment or chemicals which cost a lot, we could get a gift card of $50 if we sell to 3+ customers.
