Hilton travel program is a great benefit. You can travel all over the world on a discounter rate which can be up to a 90% discount with all the Hilton Brands.

Hilton Worldwide used to offer their employees complimentary stays (based on availability) at Owned and Managed Properties. Recently, the program was re-vamped to provide a more accessible route of making reservations (all online and digital, vs. paper passports). This also resulted in eliminating the complimentary rate, but ensuring there is a better formula to calculate a consistent pattern of availability across the board. So now, employees will pay a flat $35 per night or $55 per night, etc (Depending on the Brand) but there are more options to choose from than before, which is acceptable in my book.

Great discounts if you can get them! (Very small quantity allotted for team members.) Possible to get more discounted rooms if you are in management and can call in personal favors to DOS/Revenue Management team.

Really good if you travel, and there are a lot of fringe benefits as well

one great thing was you can go any place in the world and get a great room at a Hilton for a really low rate.
