The Team Member Travel Program is awesome! Depending upon where you want to go and the season, you can get some amazing room rates - example, a room that would usually cost you say, $129 per night you might be able to get for $39-59 per night.

It's good if you can find a date to stay somewhere you want to go, meaning the discounted rooms at another hotel. Very, very rarely do you get a room for Free for yourself. You do get good 1/2 off rates for friends & family rates, again subject to dates and length of stays.

They keep saying their new employee discount reservation system will go live any day, but that was 4 months ago. Half the time you can find $29-$39 a night rooms when you want to travel. Not all hotels seem to participate in the employee discount program and/or find work arounds to avoid the policy. Hard to get discounted rooms at their best resorts.
