Worked for 3 years here they give pints away every year for working there. Slowly adds more each year for a stay at one of the vacation club properties. They recently added taxes to these stays so if you do travel with the points they give you, you still have to pay resort fees and taxes. They take it automatically out of your next check. So you don’t pay at the property.

Hilton gives discounts for 30$ a night at hotels, the cheapest discount for Holiday Inn hotel rooms only puts it to 50-60$. Obviously the hilton is a greater deal based on the quality they provide over HCV
