There could be a little bit better training. Sometimes the day is so hectic you feel as though you are missing some information.

4-5 days of training provided.

Huge amount of information presented in a 3-day period using Powerpoint slides. Some presenters would answer questions; others would say that they didn't have time. Cramped room size made it difficult for all participants to see charts taped up on walls behind them. Job training focused on client care and engagement so disappointment when my shifts turned out to be primarily household cleaning and laundry tasks dictated by a non-client family member.
