Overall they have a good initial training. They have additional trainings available but it is difficult to attend them, as you are busy working outside of the location where the training takes place.

My training was rather minimal; if I hadn’t come to the job with some experience I’d be lost.

You had two days of hands on education and then everything after that was at mandatory meetings. The training is a joke! I was not well equipped to do my job when I started working with clients.

It's okay, but the "quizzes" are a joke -- we just get the answers or go over them together before we turn them in. A lot of the training is much faster than an hour per, too...and there isn't much variety. At least there's usually free snacks and drinks.

From the new Hire training class, to the monthly online training for development and safety, the training is continuous and thorough! There are incentives like cash and Wawa gift cards, to complete the monthly modules

Training is way too quick for the amount of work that you end up having to do.
