22 days for PTO is awesome

They lump all vacation and sick time together, you get dinged with "occurances" if you take sick time

The collection of paid time off was best part of the job. The problem was being able to take it.

21 days per year plus paid holidays

I received 15 days PTO and then increased to 20 after 5 years and then around 25 days after 7 years. t was earned based on hours worked. It was great until a change about 4 years ago. There was no maximum. Then they limited it to 235 hours of PTO. Only some would rollover. Use it or loose it to STD hours. After you max out STD hours, you loose it period.
