IBM's "Diversity" program benefits only the following people: WOMEN, BLACKS, HOMOSEXUALS. That's it. If you are a white male you are considered dirt and you are openly discriminated against constantly. By the way, there is no "diversity" of THOUGHT. You MUST accept IBM's strict politically correct mindset or you're toast.
