Very good coverage and overall benefits.

Default plans are high-deductible with HSA. Better coverage available at much higher employee cost.

The health insurance is pretty straightforward, though I don't use HSA (Health Savings Account), so that could be more complicated.

Insurance is comprehensive and the deductibles and co-pays were fine. Downside is that instead of Spouse and Family options, IBM charges you per child. This is the only place I worked where you were penalized for having a large family.
