Overall health benefits are good. Not sure how much longer they will be available. This seems to be one of the main sticking points with IBM and a US work force. They do not want to pay into health insurance benefits.

Cost. Lack of in-network doctors. Lowest coverage plan that BCBS offers. $6000 family deductible and then only 70% of costs are covered. Company contributes to up to $1100 to HSA for families after completing various online programs to improve fitness and health. These programs are tedious and not very useful but you have to dedicate time and effort to them or you won't get the HSA contributions.

Increasing deductible with no commensurate reduction in co-insurance. Very high annual out of pocket maximums.

Most expensive health insurance of any company I've worked for in the software industry. Basically, don't try to insure your family through them or it will cost you an arm and a leg.
