The health insurance covers pretty much everything

Lots of options. Relatively inexpensive for the employee, but can get expensive when you add a family.

Low deductible and low monthly fee, even for full family care

There are variety of options provided to select from. And yes you will find the insurance you need with in IBM.

It is fairly good, but you do pay for it - and it isn't a great rate. Dental is dismal but par for most plans. Maternity and Paternity is very sparse. Pension is constantly being reduced so don't count on that being there. COBRA is insane if you need it after you leave.

Health insurance is good, they are large so they have good rates from doctors/hospitals. Employees bi weekly contribution is a bit higher than average. HSA plan will be expensive if you use the doctor a lot. CVS discount cards is great.

I dont use IBM health insurance. But my friends told me that they are satisfied with that. And that's one reason they want to stay there.

Generally good historically, but quickly going down hill do to cuts
