It is fairly good, but you do pay for it - and it isn't a great rate. Dental is dismal but par for most plans. Maternity and Paternity is very sparse. Pension is constantly being reduced so don't count on that being there. COBRA is insane if you need it after you leave.

Health insurance is good, they are large so they have good rates from doctors/hospitals. Employees bi weekly contribution is a bit higher than average. HSA plan will be expensive if you use the doctor a lot. CVS discount cards is great.
