Pretty good, rates below industry average

The Dental coverage was very good.

I did not participate in the Health benefits. I however reviewed the offered alternative plans and they seemed to be very competitive to other public corporations

It was getting expensive, but it was good coverage.

Premiums increasing faster than salary

Zero copay for the entire family. Self insurance was completely free. Prescriptions were extremely cheap. The overall cost of the health insurance (including dental) was probably the lowest I know in my network of friends and colleagues.
