signing up for the insurance every October was a hassle

Overall, pretty good. We've been happy with our coverage.

The Health Insurance changed often and was different in every state. This may be due to AHA but each year the benefits got worse. For those that traveled overseas you were fully covered.

Very expensive, high monthly premiums

Out-of-pocket caps so high that in the event of serious illness spanning several years, the employee is forced to dip into retirement savings to remain solvent. Nearly unlimited increases in payroll premium deductions for each added child to the plan.

There was none. As in zero.
