Their health insurance plans were fairly standard for large companies, health savings accounts, participating provider organization. It was easy to use and I never found a doctor who didn't accept it.

The health coverage provided has many options. You can pick and choose according to your medical history.

Health insurance isn't the greatest when it comes to dental. Need to offer more options that are less expensive.

Similar but a bit more expensive than my previous company. But the thing us they charge per child up to like 6 kids. So I am paying more because of that. I suspect that will be the norm in more plans going forward.
Also, the shenanigans with UPMC and Blue Cross really suck. Not IBMs fault by any means, but it just puts most of the providers in the area out of network.

It's about average for the overall Health insurance. They offer some coverage for dental implant if you need it.

Good health programs to encourage healthy living. For HDHP, more generous HSA contributions.
