There were options to chose from rather than a one size fits all.

Expensive for what you receive

We use to never have issues with getting things covered, but now sometimes (not too much) you have to make a phone call and fight for something. The other issues is the amount of deductible is so high - it's like you just have catastrophic insurance sometimes.

Sometimes coverage is pretty good, other times it is too expensive.

Out of network coverage dropped from the PPO plan last year. Otherwise the health benefits are comprehensive

It’s just okay. Mental health benefits are not great. Optum is terrible.
