Between 2020-21, IBM kept their plan consistent (allowing employees to stay with their trusted doctors), absorbed the cost increases (none passed on to employees), and offered in-network benefits to all Behavioral Health therapists/services (who are most often out-of-network to all employers and health care plans).

Several health plan options. My option is PPO with HSA which is decent if you are relatively healthy.

Their health insurance is great and much cheaper than my previous company, with much better coverage.

It is good for a single person household.

Most insurance offered have high deductibles.
