IBM Medical Benefits is a check box, yes they have them, but the expense / bi-weekly payments for me and my wife, and the High $3500 deductible is going to make someone poor, unless you are very young and very healthy

IBM does not have that competitive benefits package in the market. The Health insurance plan is the worse. 401k is not that bad, considered decent.
