Surprisingly expensive for family coverage. Definitely more expensive than other comparable companies. I was expecting better since IBM is a large tech corporation. Rating reflects overall cost passed on to employee vs. other companies.

Health Insurance is great for self but bringing on a family is very expensive. A company the size of IBM you would think that they would be able to offer a better deal for family.
