Best thing you get good chain of facilities but the copay sometime may be huge

Nice packages to choose from and prices aren't too bad, relatively average, but costs keep increasing. Costs for spouse or to add family to so terribly high.

They still offer plans where you can see whichever doctor you want.

There are multiple options. The least expensive option is quite affordable and relatively bare bones. Definitely not bad, though I expected something a bit more attractive from an employer such as IBM. A mid-tier option would be nice.
