Yes IBM has a Performance Bonus but they have not paid more than between $0 - $1500 for the past 5 years. It has been a steady decline since revenues began sliding in 2010. If you work at IBM or plan on joining, don't expect anything (seriously, expect $0) and you won't be disappointed. Exception to the rule is Ginny and top execs - they receive hefty bonuses no matter how crappy the company performs.

GARBAGE!!!!! You kill yourself, exceed your goals and you get a $500 bonus? I use to receive 15 to 20K bonuses and now $500 when Ginni Rometty votes herself a 60% base salary increase as this company is being flushed down the toilet!! WHAT A HORRIBLE JOKE!!!!

For me it is great. For most employees it it pitiful. Take from the employees to give executives more and more.
