The retirement plan wasn't the greatest, but these days employees should take advantage of them regardless. I didn't have to put in anything and when I let the company was allowed to roll it over into a 401K.

Small lump sum pension plan, to give perspective, over 23 years and only 70k in the plan. Its tiny compared to what other companies offer. They also don't do anything else to offset this like good RSU's or Bonuses.
