Maternity leave was about a month and they have short term disability leave. In total, I was able to receive 3 months of leave 100% paid.

Expensive benefits and the paid time off is low

The benefits are holistic - coverage is available for the usual stuff like medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverage. But there is also a great mental health benefit that is free for employees, a women's program to support from family planning through menopause (also free) and other voluntary benefits such as pet insurance. The PTO and holiday programs could use a bit of work - we have 10 holidays vs. the federal holiday schedule with 11. But overall, a solid program.
