ICF benefits package is pretty good

health insurance is really high premium even for the highest deductible plan

Decent but expensive health insurance, no parental leave. Pretty average benefits.

The best part about ICF’s benefits was the variety and flexibility they offered. There were multiple health insurance plans to choose from, and the coverage was pretty strong overall. They also had a good 401(k) match to help with retirement savings, and they provided generous paid time off. Another major plus was the ability to work remotely, which made it easier to manage a healthy work-life balance. One downside was that the cost of health insurance could still be pretty high, especially for employees with families. Also, even though the 401(k) match was helpful, it took several years to fully vest, which wasn’t ideal for people who didn’t plan to stay at the company long-term, such as contractors.

Good: flexibible hours Bad: not a lot of holiday hours

It takes a while to build vacation days unfortunately. The insurance packages are alright.
