Sick day included in PTO. Wish ICF prioritized employees health and gave separate days off for sick days.

Benefits are pretty good, A little more costly considering size of organization than I expected but overall a great set of options to choose from to fit individual needs.

The amount of PTO and holidays is low for the size and type of company. While you do get a single bank of PTO which gives you flexibility on how to use it, it's only 17 days, and it has to be accrued. Holidays are low as well--while you have two floating holidays, they will not give you traditional holidays such as Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and NYE--you'll have to take PTO to have those days off and see family (which makes it hard to have cushion in the PTO to use for sick leave). Overall it's much less than my last position and I find myself regretting the move to ICF on that basis.
It would be nice to see ICF embrace time off to vote and volunteer as well, but giving basic holidays that align with our government counterparts to some extent would be a good start.
Other benefits seem alright so far. You have to pay for your own insurance, which is a bummer, so negotiate that payment into your salary. There are some fun benefits like the Virgin BeWell plan that allows you to accrue money on your HSA that I love!
