Was great then changed to Universal Health and the red tape involved with every single thing on top of the deductible was awful

Very expensive compared to other plans. The GR rep advised us to take on the cheapest bare bones plan or try to get on with a spouses insurance.

Cigna is garbage in general compared to a BCBS. CVS is even worse. I've never had so many issues with the same prescription. Overall, if the premiums weren't at least decent, I wouldn't rate it a 3.

Great options for the employee benefits. You get to choose from three different plans for all budget needs.

The best part is that they offer Health Insurance, the worst part is that your going to pay through the nose for bad benefits with a sky high deductible.
