One of the best benefits is that (when you are not travelling to a client), you are free to work from home. The business is global, so calls can be early or late, so this is very helpful.

I am able to work from home as often as I need. Being a working mother, that allows me to not have to take time off when my children are sick or if I am sick. I also never miss deadlines as I am able to complete my work from anywhere.
