This company excels in allowing true flexibility for working between the home and the office. Also, very relaxed about arrival and departure times (in other words, not obsessed with 8 to 5). Keep in mind, everyone is on call 7x24 so it helps to be able to juggle time since the true work hours are very long.

Very flexible, since the teams are globally dispersed working to accomodiate different timezone was a bit challenge,but the work from home option for 2 days definitely mitigated the issue.
