Traditionally at Christmas the CEO would give everyone an extra full week of paid vacation (had to be taken in the week between Christmas and New Year's, but still awesome).

Holidays and two personal days are better than most companies offer. Sick time is open and flexible if you're reasonable. Vacation time on par with most companies, it does increase with time served with company. Christmas Eve-New Year's Day as additional time off is a very nice perk.

Seems to be on par with most other companies in terms of the number of days off. Approval for getting time off isn't generally an issue either which is nice. The addition of two floating holidays bumps up the number of days off which is awesome. Lastly, sick days do not count against your vacation days which is a great benefit.
