The worst is that even if you're an incredible employee the will fire you and your health benifits end the next day. Believe me, they fired me after 4 years and I was shocked! This company keeps on lowering the benefits for employees, current plans are offered through Coventry and they increased over 10% from 2014 to 2015, with less benefits being covered.
