What a joke. Right before Obama Care came about they had a meeting that went on and on to brain wash all employees to participate in the health insurance they were offering which was a good CIGNA plan. It benefited them to encourage it. Then in 2014 they switched to Coventry and a single Mom like me with 1 dependent was going to coat over 400 a month not including HUGE COPAYS! All of a sudden, ISG doesn't care if we take the insurance or not where before they had a ridiculous meeting about how important it is.
