The company's policy of having only one category of time off (vs. tracking sick time separately) is very enlightened. No need to fib about health matters when you need to "take a day off 'well'".

You get 4 weeks PTO as a new employee, which is very good. The only negative is that this is vacation and medical. If you were to get a major illness, this could get used up quickly. I have worked at other companies that medical was a separate thing. But overall, this is very good for new employees to get 4 weeks.

Be sure to use it-they only pay 40 hours of unused if you quit or get fired.
