The worst and best are sort of the same - You have to figure some things out. If you like to run hard and get things done you will do great. If you need people holding your hand all the time it's maybe going to be an adjustment. Onboarding is improving all the time but it
is still a work in progress especially with the covid world we have had this past year or so. The freedom to figure it out is fantastic though.
