Job Training

Job training is rather a joke when we first started. Employees hired after us had better training but since they laid off the one who trained them, not sure it's gotten any better.

Good options to choose from.

There's not enough training for managers.

The worst and best are sort of the same - You have to figure some things out. If you like to run hard and get things done you will do great. If you need people holding your hand all the time it's maybe going to be an adjustment. Onboarding is improving all the time but it is still a work in progress especially with the covid world we have had this past year or so. The freedom to figure it out is fantastic though.

Most departments are willing to provide additional training in order to help you progress to higher levels within the company.

You could train on something, and by that afternoon they changed everything! So dysfunctional there!

NONE. this is non existent. It never occurred to this organization to set up any training programs. It is as you go by the seat of your pants by whomever you can learn from
